CTC - Digital Literacy: Teams

A collection of resources to help people become more comfortable wth computers and improve their computer skills. There are also links to resources for Parkland students to learn about the software, programs, and platforms students need to be successful.

Teams

When the COVID-19 pandemic sent many of us into isolation in spring 2020, the use of video conferencing software skyrocketed. For example, many schools started holding classes using Zoom.

There are several video conferencing options available. Zoom, GoToMeeting, Google Meet, and so forth.

Teams is Microsoft's version of video conferencing, and it is the software used most often here at Parkland.

The link below will take you to a video that explains using Teams.

If you are part of the Summer Grant please request a virtual meeting with me.  lmcpike@parkland.edu

If you would like to practice using Teams, you may send an email to Leann McPike at lmcpike@parkland.edu to request a virtual meeting.
