Primo VE: Searching

The menu options at the top of the page can help you narrow your search before and after you start!

• New Search - takes you back to the search page to start fresh.
• Course Reserves - use this option to find textbooks and other materials faculty have placed on reserve for their classes.
• Journal Search - this feature allows you to search for journals by title or subject. You can also use keywords to search articles within that journal!
• All I-Share Libraries Search - not finding the book you are searching for? Use this option to search our partnering libraries and request the book be shipped to Parkland for you to borrow.
• Ask Us - we are always here to help! If you have a question, don't hesitate to ask using one of the options here.
• Sign In - don't forget to sign in to request books, pin your favorites, access your library account, and more!
• Menu - here you can access your Library Card where you can renew loans, view favorites, and check the status of requests.

Below the search bar is a new way to quickly filter results! These options filter search results into books, articles, journals, videos, and newspaper articles.
