508 Captioning Compliance

Here are steps you can take:

1. Ask the library to investigate if the movie has been reissued with captions, and if so explore purchasing a captioned version.
2. Submit the form below, and the library and DVL will contact the publisher to see if they will allow us to copy it for the purpose of adding captions, and work with an outside vendor to add captions. 
   • Cost is charged back to the academic department, the Vice President of Academic Services office may also supply funds for this purpose.
