"The Second Amendment" refers to Amendment II of the United States Constitution. The first ten amendments to the Constitution are collectively known as "The Bill of Rights."
The Second Amendment, in full, reads:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
