The Parkland College Archives was established in 1972. Since its inception, the Parkland College Archives has collected and preserved a wide variety of material that documents the culture and history of the college. It currently houses almost 500 linear feet of institutional documents, photos, media, and artifacts.
Archives are important because they contain evidence of decisions and events, hold us accountable for our actions, inform us about the past, and empower our future.
